Next Level Dundee is a digital media collaboration event for anybody not currently working in the creative industries. Entrants will work in teams over the course of a week to produce a game, audio, film or other creative media response to a brief.

What?

A digital media collaboration for students and unemployed digital creatives. A brief will be given in advance of the event and teams can work on concepts and pre-production ahead of time. Any response is valid, whether it's a game, film, series of artworks, a comic or amalgamation of these.

Where?

The event will take place within Whitespace in Abertay.

When?

Next Level Dundee will run for a week (Monday-Friday) and take place between the 7th and 11th of September. An opening day will take place on Friday 4th for applicants and teams to meet as well as talk to some mentors and also pitch their initial responses to the brief.

Who?

Next Level Dundee is intended for anyone who has not yet secured work in the creative industries. The event will provide a platform for individuals to work on group projects that would otherwise be too difficult to complete on their own and also use the work as a future portfolio piece.
